This is an inventory of actual Albatross ingested sea trash. Engaging with biologists I interviewed and investigated how material culture is even filling our most vast environment, the Pacific Ocean. Through a collaborative initiative to introduce the connectivity of sea trash to a seemingly separate population in the Midwest the Midway Atoll National Wildlife Refuge gave me this sea trash to use. It became the grisly garland that hangs form the platter.
Special thanks to all those working and caring for the Midway Atoll National Wildlife Refuge and Battle of Midway National Memorial.
